When a young woman accidentally breaks her fan while flirting with the man she loves, hilarity ensues as her love tries to replace it and the replacement falls into every set of hands but hers. Misunderstandings, miscommunications, speculations, and even the odd break-out of fisticuffs creates chaos in the small Italian village as everyone wonders how such a small object could create such havoc!
