Trigger Warning
Immerse yourself in strangers, babies, by acclaimed Scottish indie playwright Linda McLean, and witness the mystery of May – a woman desperately trying to leave her past behind. As you physically follow the action from scene to scene, sometimes finding yourself in an apartment, sometimes "peeping" into a motel room, you will meet each of the men in May's life, and piece together the clues that justify her bid for freedom. Part immersive theatre, part art installation, strangers, babies is a humorous and frightening play about the brutality of our past, and the absurdity of trying to leave it behind. A Canadian premiere by Linda McLean Directed by PAUL LAMPERT Starring Niki Landau, Richard Lee, Jeff Lillico, David Schurmann, Edmund Stapleton and Richard Ausar Stewart Set by Michael Gianfrancesco Costumes by Ming Wong Lighting by Bonnie Beecher Sound by Christopher Stanton
