Trigger Warning
Have you always wanted to try stand-up comedy? Are you unsure about how to start? In this workshop, we’ll take you through the process of turning your lived experiences and observations into jokes suitable for the stage. The workshop will culminate with a one-minute stand-up set** during the open-mic portion of that evening's The Fembassy (https://www.facebook.com/events/188069971661602/). Once you’ve done one, you’ll be fully equipped to take on any open-mic in the city! Open to women and non-binary folk **Optional (in case you're feeling shy) Brie Watson is a stand-up, improv, and sketch comedian living in Toronto.
