Literary phenom’ Daniel Handler – AKA Lemony Snicket – has teamed up with Cogswell College to host a silent reading party. Join us and read silently together for the first hour – followed by mixing and mingling. The event will be open to the public and free of charge, with a cash bar for guests 21 and over. So come read, raise a glass and support literature in public schools! The college will kick off donations with $1,000.00 for Santa Clara High School, but anything you opt to give (change from under the couch cushion?) will be appreciated and support the high school's library.
