When you buy a ticket, you are buying an arrival window. For example, if you buy a ticket from 7:00-7:30, we plan on you arriving between 7pm and 7:30pm. If you arrive before 7pm, you will need to wait till 7pm to enter. If you arrive late, then you'll have to wait and you may lose your ticket.
Once inside the Ice Castles, you can stay as long as you'd like.
If we are sold out of online tickets, Standby tickets are NOT available.
