Discover Oil Painting
July 28-29, 2017 (9am-4pm) Discover the joy of painting in oil! Students will study both transparent and opaque applications of oil in order to achieve rich, glowing color. The basics of oil painting will be presented with a simple landscape as inspiration, using one of the methods featured in her North Light Book Discover Oil Painting. A photo will be provided, but students are welcome and encouraged to paint from their own reference material. There will be demos, exercises, critique and lots of painting time. Visit website
