ABOUT AKIN COLLECTIVE:
Akin Collective is a Toronto-based arts organization that provides affordable studio space as well as arts-based programming through it's sister non-profit organization, Akin Projects. Their studios provide a working environment that maintains a friendly and inspiring atmosphere where people can work on creative endeavors and entrepreneurial undertakings of all kinds. They build community through monthly art critiques, workshops, open studio events, gallery tours, exhibitions, as well as various other art projects.
ABOUT PIXEL & BRISTLE DESIGN MARKET: Toronto’s most exciting design & typography market, they bring together the work of exceptional designers, illustrators, typographers and makers. They showcases a diverse range of professional goods and products, including: prints, cards, gifts, signage, coasters, wall art, mobiles, bags, banners, textiles, mugs, enamel pins, patches, buttons, stickers, objects ephemera and limited edition art.
